BUFFALO, N.Y.- Congressman Brian Higgins will have another challenger for his House seat.

Eddie Egriu announced his candidacy Monday in the Democratic primary for New York's 26th Congressional District seat.

Egriu, an East Side entrepreneur calls himself a "liberal anti-war populist" and that Higgins isn't liberal enough.

"We are investing our dollars in the wrong places. We're moving our tenants from one building to another and destroying those landlords that have been struggling through these years to survive," said Egriu.

Last week former radio talk show host Kathy Weppner announced her candidacy for the 26th Congressional District as a Republican .
