BUFFALO, N.Y. - New York State Assemblymember Dennis Gabryszak is expected to be in Albany on Monday when the legislature begins a new session, according to his attorney.
It is also expected that Gabryszak that will speak with media on either Friday or Monday.
Gabryszak was not in Albany on Wednesday when Governor Andrew Cuomo delivered his annual state of the state address.
Gabryszak has not spoken publicly since allegations of sexual harassment first surfaced in December. Since then, seven women have filed a notice of claim stating that Gabryszak sexually harassed them while working for the assemblymember.
2 On Your Side has placed numerous phone calls into the assemblymember, but none of have been returned. It is also not clear if any work is being conducted in the assembly district. There has been no activity at Gabryszak's district office since the allegations were made.
Governor Cuomo previously stated that if the allegations are true, Gabryszak should resign.
