KENMORE, NY - Parents and teachers in the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School District are giving their input on four consolidation plans the district released last week.

All four plans involve closing Kenmore Middle School to save money and deal with declining enrollment.

"Even if more money was available," said one concerned resident at a public meeting held on Thursday night, "it's irresponsible to use the limited resources of this hard-working community on unused space."

School administrators and the board will act after getting input from parents, students and teachers.
