BUFFALO, NY - Several weeks ago, our watchdog partners at Investigative Post told you about neighbors on Peabody Street in Buffalo's Seneca-Babcock section who were complaining about an extreme dust problem coming from a concrete crushing business nearby.

Thursday night, residents started getting some action from the city and the feds.

The city has announced it will be paving Peabody Street to help control the dust from trucks going to and from Battaglia Demolition.

The EPA is also reportedly sending inspectors to the facility and the concrete crusher.
