NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. -- A Niagara Falls company that's set to get a quarter million dollars in state economic development funding will not receive the money until it clears up some back bills with the city.

TAM Ceramics is being sued by the Niagara Falls Water Board for back sewer and water bills.

Mayor Paul Dyster says the company is currently in settlement talks with the water board. Last week it was announced that TAM Ceramics was to receive state money as part of $60 million coming to Western New York from the state.
