BUFFALO, NY - Some changes in the case of a Buffalo bar manager charged with assaulting a national guardsman.

Jeffrey Basil of Molly's Pub had his bail reduced today from $250,000 down to $35,000 despite prosecutors' request to actually raise the bail, claiming Basil is dangerous.

He's accused of severely beating William Sager at Molly's Pub last month.

Under today's bail terms, Basil is also banned from going into bars, drinking any alcohol and having any contact with the victim's family.
