BUFFALO, NY – Ralph Wilson's passing has set off a lot of renewed discussion about the future of the team, and prospects for a new stadium.

The man who's been championing a waterfront stadium is WUFO radio host Pat Freeman.

His plans for a retractable-roof stadium and entertainment complex on the outer harbor don't have the support of the team or the city. But he says the studies they've already completed would be helpful to the commission exploring a new stadium, which has members appointed by the state, Erie County and the Bills.
