BUFFALO, N.Y. - One of the last tenants in Buffalo's landmark skyscraper is thinking about packing up.

Oshei Foundation President Robert Gioia tells WGRZ they are considering a move out of the One Seneca Tower, formerly known as the HSBC Tower.

Only two of the building's 38 floors are currently occupied and most all of the amenities are no longer available to tenants.

The uncertain future of the building has kept the management from extending any leases, which has forced a number of businesses to look elsewhere for office space
