BUFFALO, N.Y. - A group of University at Buffalo students is offering free tax preparation for individuals and families with annual incomes less than $51,000.

This is the fifth year IRS-certified accounting and business students have offered the free help. They file anywhere between 500 and 1,000 returns each tax season.

A certified reviewer checks each return for any mistakes before they are electronically filed.

The free service will be offered every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in 100 Allen Hall on UB's South campus through March 9th.

Services will also be offered in 106 Jacobs Management Center at UB North on March 30, April 5, 6, 12, and 13.
