BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Home Furniture Gallery is closing all of its stores in Western New York.

The company recently announced plans to close its store at 2880 Sheridan Drive in the Town of Tonawanda due to a lost lease. Now Chief Financial Officer David Rosa says the building housing the store at 3770 Union Road in Cheektowaga has been sold and that store will also close.

Home Furniture Gallery is managed by three sons of Paul Rosa, who founded the Rosa's Home Store chain in the Buffalo area in 1981 and sold it in 2007. All of the local Rosa's stores closed in 2010 after the new owners declared bankruptcy.

Home Furniture Gallery first entered the WNY market in 2011.
