WHEATFIELD, NY -Niagara Falls police say the two bomb threats called into Niagara Wheatfield High School and Niagara Falls High School Monday were a "prank gone bad"

Police have arrested and charged a 15-year-old male Niagara Falls High School student with falsely reporting an incident for calling in the bomb threats.

Students at Niagara Wheatfield High School were evacuated and Niagara Falls High School was put on lockdown after the threat was phoned in to police. An all clear was given for both schools after police searches.

Investigators say the student called in the bomb threats from a pre-paid mobile phone and that he has no anger towards either school.

The identity of the suspect is being withheld due to his age.
