TONAWANDA NY,- Traffic is once again moving on the 190-Southbound after a tractor trailer jackknifed Thursday night, causing major delays.

The accident happened before 8 p.m. Thursday night, just past exit 15, near the Dunlop Plant. The accident was cleared around 9 p.m., but traffic was backed up for miles.

A state trooper told us there were no serious injuries, but the snowy conditions played a role in the crash.

The trooper said he logged three separate incidents as a part of the crash, which he said began when one car spun out and caused a chaotic scene for cars behind it. More than a half-dozen vehicles were involved, including that tractor-trailer and an ambulance. The trooper said two people were taken to the hospital, but all injuries sustained due to the accident were considered minor.

The accident stalled hundreds of frustrated cars on the 190, a line that appeared to span several miles. Traffic finally began to move after a delay of about an hour.
