MAYVILLE, NY-- Three people face child endangerment charges for allegedly allowing a 23-month-old child to smoke marijuana.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's say the parents and grandfather of the child "encouraged, observed and helped" the child smoke a lit bowl at their Mayville home on December 5th.

The parents of the child, Jessica Kelsey, 17, George Kelsey, 18, and the child's grandfather, Don Baker, 54, were arrested and charged with Child Endagerment and reckless endangerment. They were arraigned and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail on $10,000 bail each.

The child and another sibling are now in the care of Child Protective Services.
