Federal Prosecutors will drop charges against two NFL pranksters if they stay out of trouble
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Two Massachusetts men who recorded a phone call involving former Buffalo Bills General Manager Buddy Nix are no longer facing federal charges if they stay out of trouble.
Joshua Barber and Nicholas Kaiser were arrested and charged in May after they intercepted a private telephone conversation between Nix and Tampa Bay Buccaneers General Manger Mark Dominik. The two then sold the tape of that call.
Barber and Kaiser must abide by certain terms and conditions set forth by the court for the next 18 months. If they fail to do so the charges against them will be reinstated.
