STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - The Jacksonville Jaguars' first-round draft pick is being held on $1,000 bail following his arrest on an aggravated DUI charge, according to authorities in Oklahoma.

The Jaguars took former Oklahoma State receiver Justin Blackmon with the fifth pick in this year's NFL draft in the hopes that he can upgrade the league's worst offense.

Blackmon was arrested on a DUI charge in Texas in 2010 and told reporters afterward that he'd made a mistake and took full responsibility for it.
