BUFFALO, NY- The new Buffalo School Board majority is envisioning suburban transfer options and a merit pay system for the district, according to a document obtained by Two on Your Side.

The new majority also wants to expand high performing charter schools and reform the district's health care system, which the document refers to as "too costly and unsustainable."

Last week new board members Larry Quinn and Patti Bowers-Pierce were sworn in, forming a new majority along with incumbent board members Jason McCarthy, Carl Paladino and James Sampson.
