BUFFALO, NY- Buffalo's Roman Catholic Diocese may be trying to re-build some burnt bridges.

Bishop Richard Malone met with priests Monday from the ten parishes affected by the Diocese's decision to close some of their elementary schools.

A spokesperson for the diocese says the bishop will have more meetings on this topic in the future.

Many parents have openly expressed frustration over the recent closing announcement and St. Francis of Assisi in Tonawanda is still trying to stay open.
