BUFFALO, NY-- A Central Police Services worker accused of using county equipment to print pornographic images was in court Wednesday morning.

Paul Diviak, 59, pleaded not guilty to promoting obscene materials and petit larcency.

According to court documents, an investigation was launched in January after a worker found five images of nude men on a printer in the basement of Central Police services on Elm Street.

Two-thousand obscene photos were found in Diviak's home, office, and car. He is due back in court on the 22nd.
