He was also driving an unlicensed, unregistered, uninsured vehicle and had an open beer on the console.
ORCHARD PARK, NY – An Orchard Park man was arrested Friday night driving with an expired registration. But that's not all police officers found when they pulled him over.
Frank Piskorowski, 28, also had an open can of beer on his console, and his two-year-old daughter in the vehicle.
Piskorowski was arrested for felony DWI, due to having three previous alcohol-related convictions, felony aggravated DWI, because his daughter was in the car, and felony aggravated unlicensed operation, because his license had been revoked due to a previous DWI conviction, Orchard Park Police said.
He was also booked for endangering the welfare of a child; driving an unlicensed, unregistered, uninsured vehicle; refusing a breath-screening test and having an open container. He also refused a breath test when taken to the police station.
He was arraigned and released on $500 bail. He's due back in court on Tuesday.
