ORCHARD PARK, N.Y.- A strong team performance by the Buffalo Bills, including a stretch where they scored 17 points in under four minutes, has given the Bills a 20-0 lead over the New York Jets.

Bills QB EJ Manuel has bounced back from a poor performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers, going 11 for 15 for 114 yards. He also found T.J. Graham for a 34 yard touchdown in the second quarter.

Buffalo's defense has also played a big role in the early lead, holding the Jets to 57 total yards and forcing two turnovers. The Bills were able to turn both of them into points thanks to a Frank Summers 3 yard touchdown run and a Dan Carpenter 40 yard field goal.

The one weak aspect of Buffalo's performance has been its rushing game. Bills RBs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller have combined for 22 yards.
