BUFFALO, NY - An Erie County Grand Jury has indicted three men for allegedly tying up a Monsignor during a break-in at a South Buffalo church in September.

Daniel Bernardi, 21, Duane Dalton, 25 and Michael Rodriquez, 31, all of Buffalo, are charged with robbery and burglary.

The trio allegedly attacked Monsignor David Leeinside the rectory of Our Lady of Charity on Ridgewood Road then proceeded to steal parish money as well as personal items and money belonging to the priest.

Following their arraignment Tuesday morning before Erie County Court Judge Sheila DiTullio, the three are being held on $250,000 bail each. Theyface a maximum 25 years in prison if convicted.
