It had fallen under disrepair over the last few decades; still the H.H. Richardson designed building on Forest Avenue was one of Buffalo's architectural gems. Now a new purpose for the property is being developed. The greenspace around the building was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.

From the Richardson Olmsted Complex website:

"A mixed use campus will start with a coreset of integrated uses - a boutique hotel and even and conferencespace and an architecture Center for Buffalo - in the iconic TowersAdministration Building and flanking buildings to the east and west."
