The Legislature took a tour of the stadium, which began with a power-point presentation by project architect Scott Radecic of Populous Sports Architects. Yes, that Scott Radecic, the for Bills' linebacker. Lawmakers got a look at the artist renderings of things like the new concourses, new HD display boards and new team store.

After the classroom session, they bundled up and were led on a tour of the stadium, led by Radecic. The legislators got a firsthand look at the areas in need of improvement and a real life view of where the changes will be made.

All said it gives them a better perspective of what is on the table.
