Arts head coach Paula Lawson told Two On Your Side's Stu Boyar "I liked the way they played as a team. The last two games were not team efforts but today was, so hopefully we're over that hump."Arts opens up league play against DaVinci on Thursday.

East head coach Tim Wanger told Stu "this is a rebuilding year for us. 12 players from last year graduated. I'm pleased because my players work real hard and that's all I ask. We did far better in the first ten minutes of the game today. We have a couple of players who are still working their way back into shape but the girls work hard and that's all I'm looking for. If they can learn the benefits of team work and working hard they can go far."
