ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. - Bills defensive end Mario Williams stands an impressive 6'6 and weighs in at 292 pounds. So he's impressed thathis smaller teammate Mark Anderson can make a similar impact at the same position.

"Well when you're only 210 pounds you can't really do it like guys like me do. Thumbs up to Mark. It's tough for him. He's a little dude," Williams jokedat Bills minicamp on Tuesday.

Anderson who actually weighs 255 pounds and stands 6'4 fired back at Williams after practice on Wednesday. "He is just mad because I jumped a higher vertical than him. Now he's trying to blast me, talking about how I'm the little guy," said Anderson.

Both players were drafted in 2006. Williams was the top overall pick by Houston, while Anderson was selected by Chicago in the fifth round.

The Bills signed the two free agents to help bolster their pass rush. Anderson has a more unconventional approach, but notched 10 sacks last season with the Patriots.

"It definitely worked from last year," said Williams."As long as he focuses on the little things that he needs to do as far as cleaning up stuff that he knows that he needs to work on, it's fine with me. He can do whatever he wants. He can do back flips if he wants."

While Williams knows Anderson can help improve the defensive line, he still expects to put up bigger numbers this season. "He knows he's going to be behind me no matter I get. It really doesn't matter, he knew that coming into this thing. I told him that when I called him before he signed here and I told him. He understands. He's fine with it."

"We will see when it is all said and done," said the more diplomatic Anderson."It is going to be a fun competition and we are both competitive guys. We are just going to feed off of each other and the best man will win."

The Bills will hold one final minicamp practice on Thursday, the players are then off until the start of Training Camp on July 26.
