BUFFALO, N.Y. -- One Seneca Tower, still known to many in Buffalo as its former name, HSBC Tower, is among the largest all-office buildings in the entire Northeast, and it's this week's "Unique Place."

The tower was once bustling, with about 3,000 employees, many of them workers for HSBC Bank. Now, the tower is about 95% empty and going through foreclosure.

2 On Your Side's Michael Wooten took a tour of the tower with the building manager and the court-appointed receiver, who is involved with the foreclosure process.
