The Bills rallied to beat the Raiders with 35 second half points in a 38-35 win.   But there some other interesting numbers beyond the score that tell the story of this game.

3 - With 117-yards rushing, Fred Jackson became the third running back in Bills history to rush for more than 100-yards in the first two games of the season.   According to the Bills, OJ Simpson did it back in 1973 and 1975.  Thurman Thomas did it to start the 1991 season.

8 - Where Jackson now ranks on the Bills all-time rushing list.  With his performance against the Raiders, Jackson passed Cookie Gilchrist for the eighth in Bills history.

79 - The number of points the Bills have scored in the first two weeks of the season.   Not bad for a team that traded away receiver Lee Evans and had major questions on the offensive line.

0 - The number of times Ryan Fitzpatrick was sacked against the Raiders.

2 - The first time the Bills have started the season 2-0 since in the 2008 season.   That year, Buffalo started 5-1, before finishing 7-9 under Dick Jauron.

21 - The number of points the Bills trailed by at Cincinnati last season before rallying to win that game 49-31.   Several players commented that the memory of that game gave them confidence they could overcome the 18-point halftime deficit against the Raiders.

5 - The number of possessions the Bills scored a touchdown on in the second half.   According to Elias Sports Bureau, the Bills are the first team score TD's on all of their second half possessions since the 2007 Pittsburgh Steelers.

6 - the number of wins the Bills have in their last ten games dating back to last season, suggesting the Bills start is part of an upward trend for the franchise in the second year under head coach Chan Gailey.

15 - The number of consecutive games the Bills have lost to the New England Patriots who will be in Orchard Park next weekend.
