Ashburn, VA (Sports Network) - Robert Griffin III was a full participant in
Wednesday's practice session as the Washington Redskins prepare for an NFC
Wild Card round matchup with the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
Griffin, who injured his knee in a Week 15 win over the Baltimore Ravens and
sat out the team's next game, guided the Redskins to a 28-18 win over the
Dallas Cowboys last Sunday that gave Washington the NFC East crown.
In other team news, Cornerback Cedric Griffin, who was suspended by the NFL
for four games for the use of performance-enhancing drugs, returned to the
practice field on Wednesday according to a report by the Washington Post.
Cornerback DeAngelo Hall (elbow), wide receivers Pierre Garcon (foot) and Josh
Morgan (hand, foot) and linebacker Ryan Kerrigan (ankle) were all full
participants on Wednesday.
Backup quarterback Kirk Cousins missed practice Wednesday with an undisclosed
illness. Linebacker London Fletcher (ankle), guard Kory Lichtensteiger (ankle)
and cornerback Domonique Johnson (knee) also missed Wednesday's session.
