Kansas City, MO (Sports Network) - Kansas City running back Peyton Hillis and defensive end Glenn Dorsey have both been ruled out for Sunday's game against Baltimore.

Both players are missing a second straight game as Dorsey is suffering from a calf injury while Hillis has an ankle issue.

Neither player participated in practice all week while linebacker Derrick Johnson, who was limited on Friday after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday, is listed as doubtful with a groin injury.

The Chiefs (1-3) host the Ravens (3-1).
