Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Paul George scored 19 points and the
Indiana Pacers put forth a furious fourth-quarter rally to record a 96-91
victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves in a preseason matchup from Bankers
Life Fieldhouse.
Gerald Green added 18 points and Ian Mahinmi compiled 17 points and a team-
best eight rebounds to help the Pacers avenge an 84-70 loss to the
Timberwolves in Fargo, ND on Wednesday.
Indiana trailed 53-42 at halftime and faced a 75-68 deficit with 10 minutes to
play before ripping off 19 consecutive points to move in front. Jeff
Pendergraph netted six points during the deciding run and Green had five,
including a turnaround jumper that gave the Pacers an 87-75 lead with 6:04
remaining.
Minnesota's Derrick Williams topped all players with 25 points, while Chase
Budinger contributed 14 off the bench for the Timberwolves.
