Section VI Scholar Athlete of the Year:
Peter Nesbitt, Albion High School
   GPA: 96.6%
   Ranked 5th in class of 160 
   All-League First Team
   League Offensive Player of the Year
   Senior Class President
   Student Advisor of FFA Chapter
   Recipient: Board of Education Leadership Award
   Team Captain
   Team MVP
   Tutors students in math and sciences
   Played baseball, basketball, track, and football
   Has taken AP and college courses

Joseph Smith, St. Francis
   GPA: 97%

   All-WNY First Team Linebacker - 2011
   1st Team All-Catholic - 3 years
   Plays baritone & saxophone in school's concert band and jazz messenger groups
   Volunteers feeding the disabled at Christmas
   Volunteers at the St. Francis mini-camp
   Has taken several AP courses
   3-year Team Captain
   4-year Varsity Player
   Is being recruited by Princeton, Holy Cross, Hamilton, Amherst, Williams and Hobart, and William Smith College
   Plans to pursue a degree in mathematics and desires to become a teacher one day
