Congratulations to Wilson's Pat Walch, who broke the career tackled record with 354. The Sr. LB broke the record of 341, set by Matt Faery, who graduated in 1991.

Unsung Player: Steve Riggs, West Seneca West 5'5, 136 lbs. Sr. carried the ball 41 times for 228 yards in the Indians' win over rival West Seneca East.
St. Mary's unsung players are linemen Kory Wirth and Kyle DiPirro. 
Southwestern's defeat of JFK was the Trojans' 30th consecutive win at home and 45 of the last 46 games. 
Springvilles' win over Medina was their first shutout in six years. 
Zak Fischer, Ellicottville Sr. RB, rushed for 1,200 yards this season. 
Eden Raiders made playoffs for third consecutive year under Coach Chuck Tilley. Eden is the smallest B school in the state.
Adam Noonan, Nichols RB, rushed for 1,056 yards in 11 TDs this season. The Junior also had 216 receiving yards and 1 TD. 
Maurice Howie, South Park Sophomore QB, has completed 102 of 168 passes for 1,303 yards and 15 TDs, while Chaq Nettles has caught 44 passes for 562 yards and 8 TDs. 
Upset of the Week: Akron over Salamanca; Niagara Falls over Clarence.
