Bills choose Morgan Stanley to help with sale process

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Bills announced Morgan Stanley has been retained to serve as the financial adviser and Proskauer Rose will serve as legal adviser during the sale of the franchise.

The announcement was made on Wednesday morning.

In a statement, Bills president and CEO Russ Brandon said, "We are pleased to have been able to assemble, as our transaction team, two experienced and talented firms in the specialized field of sports mergers and acquisitions."

The Bills say the transaction team will begin contacting prospective buyers within the next 30 days.
