Stevie Johnson Plays After Losing Mother

JACKSONVILLE, FLA.- Buffalo Bills WR Stevie Johnson decided to play in the Bills 27-20 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars one day after the unexpected death of his mother.

Johnson made the decision to play after talking to Bills coach Doug Marrone.

"I respect his decision. You deal with lots of things in coaching. I've always thought (losing family) was the toughest," said Marrone.

Johnson finished the game with one catch for four yards.

After the game several Bills players took to Twitter to express their condolences for Johnson.
