West Seneca East 17 South Park 14

South Park took an early 2 touchdown lead against West Seneca East but couldn't hold it and lost to the Trojans 17-14.


BUFFALO, N.Y.- South Park built a 14-0 lead in the first half but couldn't hold it as West Seneca East rallied for a 17-14 win Friday night at All High Stadium in Buffalo. 

Nick Schaefer started the scoring for the Sparks with a 41 yard touchdown run in the first quarter. 

Shakur Harris returned a punt 69 yards for a touchdown and the Sparks made the two point conversion to lead 14-nothing.

West Seneca East scored twice in the second quarter to tie the game at 14 at halftime. 

Austin Bridensein had 2 touchdowns for the Trojans. Richard Wagner kicked the game winning field goal with 3:14 remaining in the fourth quarter. 

Its the first loss in an A South game for the Sparks since 2012.
