NIAGARA FALLS, NY -- A Niagara Falls man is being recognized for his efforts after he helped save a toddler from a snow-covered roof.
Tuesday night, the Niagara Falls City Council commended Antwan Moore's heroic actions. Moore was outside his home last week when he spotted an 18-month-old boy on a roof across the street.
He says he thought about his own son and knew he had to help. Moore climbed onto the roof and wrapped the baby in his sweatshirt to keep him warm until firefighters arrived.
