BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The local attorney who's challenging the state's new gun law in court is celebrating a small victory.
James Tresmond tells 2-On-Your-Side a State Supreme Court Judge has issued an order requiring the state to prove the law is constitutional.
Tresmond says the state has until April 29th to make its case or a judge could issue an injunction, preventing the enforcement of the ban on the sale of assault weapons.
