LOCKPORT, NY - David Grover pleaded guilty to kidnapping as a sexually motivated felony.
The 35-year-old Town of Tonawanda man will face 15-years in jail when he is sentenced in April.
Grover cried before Niagara County Court Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas as he admitted to kidnapping a family friend's 5-year-old daughter last summer.
The child, according to relatives, is doing well. They are pleased with the plea.
Prosecutor Robert Zucco said Grover has a serious problem when it comes to sex and children.
In 2007, Grover went to jail for 4-years after taking a 4-year old girl from her home and driving around for hours. She was not abused.
