BUFFALO, NY - A 52-year-old man has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting two children.
The Erie County District Attorney office says Donald Filer pled guilty to raping and sodomizing a 10-year-old child in 2007. He also pled guilty to sexually abusing a five-year-old child in 2007.
Filer faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced.
Filer is currently serving 32 years to life for a 2008 conviction in Niagara County involving the same victims.
