There is a rather unusual case from Wyoming County where several agencies are busy looking for a group of Bison that vanished over the weekend.
Some of the Bison on Weber Road in Orangeville. They somehow went missing from a barn near Varysburg.
The Department of Environmental Conservation and the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets confirm to Two On Your Side that 17 of the animals escaped sometime Sunday.
As of Monday afternoon, a spokesperson for Agriculture and Markets says six have been captured and one of them was shot by the owner in an attempt to capture it.
If you see any of the bison, do not approach them, rather call police.
