ELMA, NY - A Springville teen was injured when his SUV rolled over off Route 400.
State Police say Dakota Star, 18, from Springville was southbound on Route 400 when he tried to turn onto the Transit Road northbound ramp in the Town of Elma.
Trooper say Star missed the ramp and drove up onto the guardrail, causing his Jeep to go down an embankment and roll over several times.
A passerby called 911 after seeing a man "covered in blood" alongside the road.
Star was taken to ECMC where he is in stable condition.
He was isused a ticket for unsafe speed.
