We've gotten an awful lot of requests to test the Green Bags. We ordered them online at www.greenbags.com for $9.95 plus shipping and tax for a total of $17.77. The package comes with 20 bags which would make the cost around .88 each.
We put the foods in the bags as directed. You don't want to use a twist tie or anything that could puncture the bag ... you just fold it over.
We checked on our fruits daily and after eight full days saw a huge difference. The strawberries, bananas and tomatoes that were in the green bags lasted much longer and looked much fresher. The ones NOT in the green bags were rotting and brown. The green bags make a big difference.
They're getting two thumbs up.
