Saturday was practice day for the balloon controllers for the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade. The first order of the day was unveiling the new 80th anniversary balloon. Then the walkers got to see the mammoth balloon go up into the air and practice walking with it.
Other new balloons were also unveiled, including the energizer bunny and snoopy.

The night before Thanksgiving, New Yorkers will get the chance to watch the big balloons be inflated.
