Jamestown School Board Member Arrested

A Jamestown school board member was arrested Friday after a fight with the Jamestown School District's Director of Human Resources.

According to the school district, Dr. Deann Nelson came to the administration building for an appointment with Karen Peterson. The district claims the two got into a fight and Dr. Nelson refused to let Peterson leave the office. A secretary called police and Dr. Nelson was arrested and charged with unlawful imprisonment. No word on what started the fight.
