A retired Orleans County judge pled guilty Monday to a single count of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
80 year old Paul Miles was charged in July with 14 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child. Medina police say Miles obtained the material from the internet.
The former attorney and judge retired in 1990 after serving in Orleans County Court and Family Court.
Miles will be sentenced in October.
