Pearl Harbor Commemoration Held in West Seneca

WEST SENECA, NY - A ceremony was held in West Seneca Saturday to mark Pearl Harbor Day, the 72nd anniversary of the attack by Japanese warplanes on our Pacific forces in Hawaii.

One military veteran recalled being a young child back then and hearing of the devastating attack and the aftermath on the radio. He realized that there would be service and sacrifice in the years to come as the United States entered World War II.
