Update: Broadcaster Allan Harris still waiting for new kidney

BUFFALO, N.Y. - We have an update now to a story we brought you about a Buffalo radio personality and his battle with kidney disease.

Allan Harris, who does traffic on WBEN and Star 102.5, got a call Wednesday morning that after five years on a waiting list,  a kidney had been found for him.

He rushed to Rochester for transplant surgery, but found out that that kidney was not usable, and that he'll have to keep waiting.

All of us at 2 On Your Side wish Allan the best as he continues his fight.
