
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) -- Chris Kramer and E'Twaun Moore each scored 14 points and No. 4 Purdue beat Buffalo 101-65 on Saturday. JaJuan Johnson scored 12 points and Robbie Hummel added 11 for the Boilermakers (7-0). Rodney Pierce led Buffalo (3-3) with 22 points and Calvin Betts added 14. The Boilermakers entered the game shooting 27 percent from 3-point range, but they made six 3s in the first 10 minutes of the second half to help stretch a 45-36 halftime lead to 80-40. Purdue made 1 of 8 3s in the first half, but 11 of 16 in the second. Seven different Purdue players made at least one 3-pointer. Purdue coach Matt Painter cleared the bench with about five minutes to play. It was the second-highest point total for a Purdue team in five seasons under Painter, and the second time since the start of the 1999-2000 season that the Boilermakers reached the century mark.
