BPD Officer Involved in Crash Responding to Stolen Car Call

A Buffalo Police officer is being checked out at ECMC after being involved in a crash around 10:30 Thanksgiving morning.

Spokesperson Mike Degeorge said the officer was called in as backup to a report of a stolen car in the area of Sussex Street and Cambridge Avenue on the city's east side.

The officer was not seriously hurt.
