BUFFALO, NY--  Starting this Monday, November 23rd, the City of Buffalo wants to hear from community groups, athletic teams, not-for profit organizations and others that use any of the city's parks.

"With the anticipated transition of the operation and maintenance of the city's parks taking place on December 31st, we want to make sure that we have complete information on any group that periodically uses a city parks facility for any type of function," said Mayor Byron Brown. "We have information from Erie County on the usage of park facilities, but we just want to be certain that everyone is accounted for prior to the transfer of the parks back to the city."

Group representatives can call the Mayor's Call and Resolution Center at 3-1-1 starting this Monday. Operators will be available to take information through Friday, December 4th.
